Mutual Growth & Prosperity is our Management Concept. We believe that partnerships based on trust with business partners are essential.

The following is our purchasing policy, which sets out rules on our purchasing relationships with partners.

  • We will build relationships with partners in accordance with laws and regulations and social norms.
  • We will have an equal relationship with partners.
  • The primary condition in choosing partners is that the partner is reliable. We will choose partners with whom we can build the most beneficial relationship.
  • In principle, we will not accept any gifts, benefits, entertainment, or wining and dining, irrespective of form.
  • We will not take advantage of a privileged position and make unreasonable demands or request support for our business activities to partners or entities that wish to deal with us.
  • We will not have any relationships with antisocial forces.

Meitec Group Helpline System

The Meitec Group Helpline System enables any Meitec Group employee to directly consult with and report to the CSR Office if they have doubts about internal events in terms of compliance and corporate ethics but are not able to consult with or report to their boss or department head, or if they have reported the doubts to their boss or department head but appropriate actions have not been taken.
