The active participation of elderly employees and opportunities for them

Meitec EX Corporation hires elderly engineers in the Meitec Group who have reached retirement age and dispatches them to manufacturers. By providing the temporary staffing services, Meitec EX will create a senior job market for engineers and contribute to the creation of a society for all ages, which is a society-wide issue.

Efforts to hire people with disabilities

As a special subsidiary of the Meitec Group, Meitec Business Service Corporation works to support people with disabilities by creating opportunities and placement and enabling them to fully demonstrate their capabilities and it will improve the operational efficiency of the entire Group.
